Custom and personalized orders
For a custom order please inquire. Most of items include personalizing with the item purchased with names and any special wording requests.
Discounts on Multiple Purchases
I do not offer discounts on multiple purchases. I occasionally run promotions for discounts on the total price ordered and free shipping promotions.
Gift wrapping and packaging
No gift wrapping available at this time. I will package your item with the utmost care so it arrives to you the same way it leaves my studio.
Sizing details
Most of my items have the sizing in Item Details and vary with each product.
Do you accept phone calls or call customers?
No. I only work via Etsy messaging system or email so all conversations are documented. You may however message me at my Facebook page.
Care Instructions
For magnets do not get wet, bend or let little children handle . They are not meant to put on side of cars or for use outside.
For face masks machine wash on hot and dry on medium. Before washing tie the straps together.
SHIPPING OPTIONS AND ISSUES
I DO NOT REFUND PACKAGES/ITEMS LOST IN THE MAIL. I use USPS for most orders. If there is a delay with your order please contact your local post office and inquire about your package with them BEFORE you contact me. If they say your package is truly lost then please contact me and I will try and work with you for a fair resolution.
NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS FOR PACKAGES SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS PROVIDED. You must inform me immediately if the address is not correct on your invoice. Magical Everyday is not responsible for you not providing the correct shipping address. Please check your invoice to make sure this is correct!
